The most accessed demands were: access to regular benefits (5), access to emergency assistance (4), mental health (4), food security (3), unemployment (3), access to health care (2), others (2), child support (1). In the same contact, more than one demand may arise, for this reason the number of demands is greater than that of contacts.

Social Interviews:

Since April 30, social interviews have been carried out with the person responsible for each household registered in the database, which is being permanently consolidated with the campaign data. A team of 20 professionals in the social area is carrying out the registration of telephone calls to complement the initial catalog to receive basic baskets. Since the beginning of this work front, 1,998 social interviews have been carried out.

Catalog ‘Eyes on Corona!’:

At the beginning of the campaign, a WhatsApp channel was made available to receive or register families who request basic food baskets. A team of six people is working daily to collect this information from the application and forward it to the database team.
